Tobacco Institute of India (Institute) reserves its right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting and without giving any prior notice.     1. The Institute licenses the User to view, download and print the contents of the Website, provided that such content is used for personal and/or non-commercial purposes only.
    2. Content from the Website shall not be used, modified or exploited by Users for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of the Institute.
    3. Users may access and use the Website for legal purposes only.  Users may not use the Website in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material
      (a) that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others; or (c) that is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

    All intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to content, trademarks, domain names, patents, design elements, software, databases, text, graphics, icons and hyperlinks are the property of or licensed to the Institute. Subject to the rights licensed to the User in clause 2, all other rights to intellectual property on the Website are expressly reserved.

    1. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation,
